What you try to control, controls you, just let go.
What is paradox of control? How does it works?
The paradox of control boils down to the notion that when we try to control the uncontrollable things, we basically give up our behaviour and happiness to do something unreliable and out of control. We let this influence our mental state because our desire for control often leads us to anxiety, stress and frustration and feel us uncomfortable when we are unable to control the outcomes. So our desire of control become the source of pain and suffering. Nothing can bring you peace but yourself.
